How do I increase my pledge amount?

Visit the Pledges page, select the town, and click "Modify Pledge". Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

When will my URBs be credited?

URBs are credited within 24 hours of a qualifying action — pledges, referrals, or milestone events.

How is the raise target calculated?

Each town's raise target is set by the URBAL team based on construction costs, land, and infrastructure requirements for a 1 sq. mile development.

Can I transfer my pledge to another town?

Yes — contact support@urbal.town and we can transfer your pledge balance within 30 days of your original commitment.
