How do I change my dwelling size or lease term?

Pledge details can be changed from the Pledges page until the raise closes. Once the $5B threshold is reached, the pledge locks at that configuration.

When does my selection score update?

The selection score recalculates whenever a scored component changes — a new pledge month, a reward ranking, or a lease term change. Provisional standing updates monthly; final selection is confirmed at Labor Day.

How is the raise target calculated?

Each raise carries a fixed $5,000,000,000 construction threshold. This figure is set by the raise structure and does not vary by town.

Can I move my pledge to a different town?

No. A pledge is a binding commitment to the specific town raise it was made under and cannot be transferred once submitted. A separate pledge can be made for a future raise in a different town.
