A household of 2 qualifies for 2BR (max occupancy 3). Space follows household size — you can move to a larger footprint later as your household grows.
Dwelling size
Pledge 1–4BR into Courtyard — Flower Color Collection. The highest-scoring pledgers in each BR pool are then merit-upgraded to Evelyn Rose — Gemstone Collection — no separate 5BR/6BR pledge exists.
WFG Expansion Rider
Default onUnlocks Wild Flower Garden — Flower Species Collection single-family homes (Iris · SweetPea · Sunflower · Orchid) — the only path to a single-family home other than a merit upgrade to Evelyn Rose. Pledge 4BR and hold this Rider for a shot at the bonus ladder: Evelyn Rose Ruby/Diamond, then WFG's own Peony (5BR) — none pledgable directly, all earned by score. This gate closes at pledge time: WFG is never filled from the waitlist, and you can never upgrade into it later, even once living in town.

All or nothing. Your card is only charged if the raise crosses the $5B threshold. If it does not close, no charge is made and your pledge is voided.
One home, network-wide. A steward or family holds exactly one unit across all URBAL towns at any time — no portfolio, no second home. Moving is a clean swap: releasing your current unit is what authorizes the next. Units are never inherited; they return to the pool for the next generation to compete for. No subleasing or short-term rental, ever.
